Please keep in mind that a stallion’s book is filled on the basis of booking fees that are received first. Returning your contract promptly, with your booking fee, will help ensure your place in a stallion’s book.
ALL CONTRACTS NOT RETURNED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF ISSUANCE ARE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID.
Our policy on payment of all stallion fees is as follows:
If the mare remains in residence at the Lazy E Ranch to be bred, the fee will be billed when the mare is 30 days in foal. Or, if she departs prior to being confirmed in foal, the fee is due on departure unless she is pronounced not in foal by our veterinarian prior to departure. If the mare is to be left at the Lazy E Ranch to breed through her heat cycle and then picked up following ovulation, the fee is due when the mare departs. If the mare is to be hauled in, bred and leave the same day, the fee is due before she is bred.
